Our Purpose and Mission...........

The Keepers Of The Children  has a mission, to be able to help stop the trauma children and their family's suffer when confronted with child abuse and the many issues surrounding it, Being a biker gives us a unique opportunity to harness the tough look with a tough attitude, and a passion to want to make a difference in the community we live, Our logic is that if a Biker can do it, then anybody can do it, and if a biker does it, then everybody should be doing it.

It means giving up a load of your free time to donate yourself for a cause that helps so many, Our members ordinary everyday men and women make up the Keepers Of The Children and its their commitment that allows us to be able to offer our help to the victims in need.When a family contacts the Keepers Of The Children we surround the family with support from us all, we assess the situation that the family is in and then we work on ways we can best help, We hold a buddy run for the the child or children where we take the family's for a ride on our bikes followed by a bbq where we also give the child and their siblings gifts,a little something to let them know we are on their side... mostly the family and the child will need support services to have the child and family supported through the court process, Our members attend all the court cases right up to when the offender is sentenced, We sit with the family through the court process to alleviate fear of intimidation and the stresses of hearing what has happened to their child......After getting to know most families they become part of the Keepers Of The Children, we invite them to join our organization  and let them come on board to help other children and their families going through a stressful & Traumatic time in their lives, Our families become a great asset and part of what we do...The Keepers Of The Children is not a political group and in fact our intentions are to assist governments  and councils etc in gaining the research as to be able to target areas in child protection that are in dire need of attention, Keepers Of The Children remains very neutral  in decisions made by government and though we may not agree with political decisions made in child protection, we believe we are more suited at a grass roots level of dealing with abused children and their families, our time is very valuable and though we support the many organization and individuals that use protests and rallies to raise awareness of their grievances, Keepers Of The Children must take a responsible approach to participation and all requests for our presence must be made by invitation explaining the protest and at what time and place,
